We try to make things as simple as possible, and the following is the procedure we follow when you make a booking with us.
When you make an enquiry or booking with us by phone, we will ask you to confirm the booking by email. We will then confirm the availability and booking to you by email. This make the contract between us for the booking you have made, and gives you the opportunity to review the information and make any changes if needed.
Full pre-payment is required if the date of arrival is within a couple of months at the time of booking. For large bookings, or for bookings made a few months in advance of the arrival date, a 50% deposit is required.
We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel or change a booking, and we will not make a charge if you do this more than 48 hours before your arrival day.
If you cancel the booking within 48 hours of your day of arrival, we will charge the full price of the booking. If you arrive, but choose to cancel the booking within the first 48 hours from your arrival day, we may also make a charge for the cancelled element of the booking.
Check-in is from 3pm on your day of arrival, and we ask that you vacate the room/s by 11am on your day of departure. If you arrive before 3pm, we can store your luggage for your if you wish. If rooms are not vacated by 11am (without previous consent from Reception), we may make an additional charge.
