Springwells Room Booking Terms & Conditions
We try to make things as simple as possible, and the following is the procedure we follow when you make a booking with us.
When you make an enquiry or booking with us by phone, we will ask you to confirm the booking by letter, fax, or email. We will then confirm the availability and booking to you by email, letter, or fax. This makes the contract between us for the booking you have made, and gives you the opportunity to review the information and make any changes if needed.

We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel or change a booking, and we will not make a charge if you do this more than 48 hours before your arrival day.
If you cancel the booking within 48 hours of your day of arrival we will charge the full price of the booking less breakfast charges. If you change the booking within 48 hours of your arrival day we may also make a charge for the cancelled element of the booking

If you book within 48 hours of arrival, or do not wish to confirm by email, letter, or fax, then we will ask for a credit or debit card details as confirmation. If you then cancel or do not show for the booking we will charge the full price less breakfasts charges to the nominated card.
Rooms are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, and we ask that you vacate rooms by 10.00 a.m. on your day of departure. If you arrive before 4 p.m. we can store your luggage for you if you wish. If rooms are not vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure we may make an additional charge.
